Initial lease terms are 12 months. Residents pay Electric and Gas through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash through Des Moines Water Works. The resident will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal.

There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
